The IPs and Domains tabs each have an Actions dropdown with bulk operations: CSV import, CSV export, bulk check, and bulk delete. Use them when managing more than a handful of resources at a time.
Bulk actions act on every visible resource in the current view. Filter the list before running a bulk action when you don’t want to act on everything.

Import IPs from CSV

Open the IPs tab

Inside the project, open Tools → Blacklist Monitoring → IPs.

Open Import CSV

From the Actions dropdown, pick Import CSV.

Download the template

The import drawer has a Download template action. The template carries the expected columns and example rows.

Prepare your CSV

Fill in one row per IP. Required columns: ip_address. Optional columns: group_name (must match an existing group; rows referencing unknown groups end up ungrouped with a warning).

Upload

Upload the CSV. Spotzee validates each row, reports the count of accepted and rejected rows, and creates the accepted ones in Pending status. Rejected rows show the reason so you can fix and re-upload.

Import domains from CSV

The Domains tab has the same flow with a domain-specific template.

Open the Domains tab

Open Domains then Actions → Import CSV.

Download, fill, upload

Same template-download / fill / upload flow. Required column: domain. Optional column: group_name.

Export to CSV

Both tabs support Export CSV for taking your monitoring data out of Spotzee.

Open the tab

Open IPs or Domains.

Export

From the Actions dropdown, pick Export CSV. Spotzee generates and downloads a CSV containing every resource on the current view.
The export carries: resource value (IP or domain), group, status, last checked timestamp, and the list of blacklists where the resource is currently listed.

Bulk check

Run a check across multiple resources at once.

Pick the rows

Use the row checkboxes on the IPs or Domains tab to select the resources you want to check.

Open Actions → Check selected

With at least one row selected, the Actions dropdown exposes Check selected. Pick it.

Wait

All selected resources are queued. Status updates within a few minutes per resource as checks complete.
To check every resource in the view (regardless of selection), pick Check all instead of Check selected.

Bulk delete

The same row-selection plus dropdown pattern handles deletion.

Pick the rows

Use the row checkboxes to select the resources you want to delete.

Open Actions → Delete selected

Pick Delete selected. Confirm the destructive action at the prompt.
Bulk delete is irreversible. The resources and their 30-day history are removed. Add them back to re-monitor; they start fresh as Pending with no history.

Bulk move (assign group)

Use this to reassign many resources to a different group at once.

Pick the rows

Select the resources you want to move.

Open Actions → Move to group

Pick Move to group and choose the destination group.

Confirm

Confirm. The selected resources land in the new group and inherit its frequency and notifications on the next check.

Limits

  • CSV upload size: up to 10MB per file.
  • Rows per upload: up to 10,000.
  • Bulk action selection: no upper limit on the number of resources you can act on in a single bulk operation.
