Send your first campaign with Spotzee. You’ll create an account, import a small list, create a campaign, and send through your own delivery provider.
Bring your own email or SMS delivery account (BYO). See Providers for supported providers and setup requirements.

Prerequisites

  • A Spotzee account. Get started.
  • A delivery provider account (any supported email or SMS vendor).
  • A test user list (CSV or copy-pasted addresses).

Steps

1

Create your organisation

After signing in, you’ll be prompted to create an organisation. This is the top-level container that holds your projects, users, and billing.
2

Connect a delivery provider

From your project, open Settings → Integrations and add your email or SMS sending account. You’ll be asked for the credentials your provider issues, usually an API key.
3

Import users

Open Lists, create or select a list, and choose Import users. Download the CSV template. Include an external_id column for each user; you can also include email, phone, name, and custom attributes.
4

Create a campaign

Open Campaigns and create a new campaign. Pick a channel, choose or compose a template, and select your imported users as the audience.
5

Send and monitor

Send the campaign. Delivery, opens, and clicks update on the campaign’s detail page.
