CRM adds sales and account context to the contact data you already use for campaigns, segments, journeys, and templates. Use it to organise contacts by company, track activity, and move contacts through a project pipeline.

What CRM includes

CRM properties sit alongside the rest of your project data. Public CRM properties can be used by downstream workflows. Hidden and classified CRM properties stay out of shared CRM data.

Work with contacts and companies

1

Open CRM

From a project, open Tools and choose CRM.
2

Review contacts

Use the contacts view to search, filter, edit CRM properties, assign companies, and move contacts through the pipeline.
3

Organise companies

Use companies to group contacts under an account. Company details show linked contacts, company properties, and recent activity.
4

Log activity

Add activity from a contact, a company, or the pipeline. Use tasks for follow-up work and notes for context you want the team to see.

Configure the CRM shape

Admins can manage CRM properties, pipeline stages, and saved views from the CRM settings surfaces. Keep properties focused on fields your team will search, filter, segment, or report on. Use colours on pipeline stages to make board state scannable. Use saved views for repeatable filters such as open opportunities, follow-ups due soon, or contacts assigned to a particular company.
