Find the store card and use the card menu to pick View details.

Store information

This information mirrors what Spotzee learned from the OAuth handshake plus the initial Shopify API call. It refreshes on every health check.

Granted scopes

The drawer lists every OAuth scope Spotzee currently holds for the store. Each scope is one permission Shopify granted at install. Common scopes:
  • read_customers, write_customers
  • read_orders, write_orders
  • read_products
  • read_inventory (for inventory-aware personalisation, when used)
If you don’t see a scope you expected, the install on Shopify didn’t grant it. Reconnect to re-approve and pick up the missing scope.

Store readiness checklist

The Store Readiness section is the integration’s health checklist. Five items, each pass or fail: A healthy integration has all five items checked. Any failure flips the integration’s status badge to Error and points you at what to fix.

Last checked timestamp

The drawer shows when the readiness checklist last refreshed. Run a manual health check (see Sync operations) to refresh it on demand.
