Question 1

What is Spotzee?

Accepted Answer

Spotzee is a compliance-first marketing automation platform built for regulated financial services. It orchestrates multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, and webhooks with built-in FCA, SEC, and FINRA compliance workflows, financial data enrichment triggers, and communication records.

Question 2

What compliance features does Spotzee include?

Accepted Answer

Pre-approval workflows, risk warning management, content scanning, communication records, cooling-off enforcement, jurisdiction filtering, and consent management. Every communication carries a full audit trail.

Question 3

Which regulatory frameworks are supported?

Accepted Answer

FCA (UK), SEC (US), and FINRA (US). Compliance capabilities scale with your plan: Starter includes basic compliance, Professional adds multi-jurisdiction support and communication records, Enterprise includes AI-powered compliance scanning.

Question 4

What financial data sources does Spotzee integrate with?

Accepted Answer

Red Flag Alert (6 million+ UK businesses), Creditsafe (365 million companies across 160 countries), Companies House API, and Experian (coming soon). Data feeds integrate directly — no CSV uploads required.

Question 5

Do I need to use your email and SMS providers?

Accepted Answer

No — Spotzee is provider-agnostic. Bring SendGrid, Amazon SES, Postmark for email or Twilio, Telnyx for SMS. Switch providers anytime. Spotzee never charges per message.

Question 6

How does Spotzee pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on customer profiles, not contacts or sending volume. Starter starts at 5,000 profiles with basic compliance. Professional adds data enrichment and communication records. Enterprise includes AI-powered compliance. All plans include unlimited sending with your own providers.

Question 7

How does pricing compare to enterprise alternatives?

Accepted Answer

Salesforce Marketing Cloud typically costs $75,000 to $300,000+ per year plus system integrator fees. Spotzee starts from $500 per month with compliance and data enrichment included. No per-message fees or multi-year contracts.

Question 8

What if we don't have a marketing team?

Accepted Answer

Spotzee offers fully managed services: strategy, copywriting, compliance workflows, sending, and reporting. Your team provides business context and approves content. Start fully managed and bring capabilities in-house over time.

Question 9

Is Spotzee only for financial services?

Accepted Answer

No. Spotzee’s Starter plan is a full marketing automation platform for any business. Financial services firms get additional compliance, archiving and data enrichment features on Professional and Enterprise plans.

Question 10

What providers can I connect?

Accepted Answer

Spotzee works with any email provider (SendGrid, Postmark, Mailgun, Amazon SES), SMS provider (Twilio, Vonage, MessageBird) and push provider. You choose your infrastructure.

Accepted Answer

On the Starter plan, no — you bring your own providers. Professional and Enterprise plans include managed delivery infrastructure alongside BYO options.
