Refund policy

Ask yourself honestly if you would give yourself a refund if this is your business. We had some people come up to us and ask us refund for silly things. You can’t use up all your credit and then say that you are unsatisfied with the results. This is also another reason why we encourage you to run a test and then run your actual validation job. If you don’t like what you got when testing, simply get in touch with us and we will give you a full refund. No fuss. No mess.

You may also qualify for a compensation of credit if we fail to meet our SLAs. Providing of compensation and decision on the amount of compensation will be made individually depending on the case. All final decisions must be authorized by an Spotzee’s shift manager.
