No. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the service we supply, we do not allow root access. Instead, we fully manage your server from top to bottom so you can sit back and enjoy our service. There are a few reasons for that, but mainly because we had incidents where customers installed their custom software which conflicted with our server setup and infrastructure. As a result, it costs us hours of wasted resources on troubleshooting. Secondly, we have proprietary methods and processes we use to set up your server. If we gave you full access, we might as well open source everything we do. This isn’t a bad idea, but we cannot do that and still provide you with excellent service as everybody has bills to pay.

Yes and no. Yes, because we do not physically have any restrictions on how many emails you can send in a month. You can send as much as your plan allows daily. Alternatively, there is always the option of upgrading to a bigger plan which is also a no-fuss option that we make available to all our customers.

You will get instant boost in number of emails you can send due to increased server capacity. You DO NOT need to wait til the end of the month for increased capacity or decreased for that matter.
